I have an office/warehouse in St marys. I am using the office for my IT business, and part of the warehouse for my own storage. There is at least 100sqm of spare storage area, plus two more small 3mx3m lockable offices which could also be used for general storage. I would consider letting them as offices, but the building is a bit tired looking and is better suited for storage.
The $50/wk price would be for an area to store one vehicle, van or boat, or one of the lockable rooms. I believe there is room for 4 or 5 vehicles. There is roller door access to the warehouse.
